Motion To Mind™ Terms and Conditions

Booking a session:

When you schedule a therapy session with Motion To Mind™ you will be required to leave your name, email address and phone number. Please inform us if any of these contact details change, at the earliest opportunity.

There is no charge for our initial session, however we may ask for a valid credit/debit card as insurance against no show. Should you fail to attend without informing us in advance we may charge a £50 fee. Sadly this is to protect our time and our additional clients.   We do not retain your card details beyond the initial session.

 Cancellation Policy & Fees:

By booking a therapy session with Motion To Mind™ you agree that any cancellation and alteration of the appointment date requires 24 hours notice. Should you fail to adhere to the latter you’ll be charged the full session fee.   Sessions booked less then 24 hours in advance cannot be cancelled and will attract a full session fee.

Distance Selling Regulations:

You the consumer offer to buy the service we are providing when you make an appointment. The contract between us becomes binding when you receive confirmation of the booking. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel the service when booked over the phone or via email up to seven working days from when the appointment is confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing. However, for appointments booked less than seven working days in advance, unless we agree otherwise in writing, you will not be able to cancel the appointment and our normal cancellation policy applies (see above). All appointments made over the phone or via email will be confirmed via email. The performance of service begins 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time, as time and resources will have been reserved for you.

Payments:

Payments can be made by credit/debit card or cash. The session fee must be paid in full at the end of each appointment.
